Privacy Policy
How AOLIKE collects, uses, stores and protects information submitted through this international B2B website.
Effective date: July 30, 2026
This policy explains how AOLIKE handles personal information submitted through this international B2B product website. It applies to website inquiries and related sales, technical-document and after-sales communications.
Who is responsible for this website
Zhongshan Aolike Medical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. operates this website and determines why and how business-contact information is used. Registered address: No. 51 West Donghai Road, Dongfeng Town, Zhongshan, Guangdong 528425, China. For privacy requests, email admin@zsaolike.com.cn with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
Information we collect
When you submit a B2B inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company or organization, country or region, buyer type, product or model interest, estimated quantity and message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send through that service.
Fields marked as required are needed so that we can review and respond to the inquiry. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to process or answer the request.
Our server and security tools may process limited technical data such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL and security-verification results. WPML may store a short-lived language-preference cookie. We do not use this website to collect payment-card details, patient records or medical history.
Please do not submit patient or sensitive information
This website is for institutional and commercial inquiries. Do not include patient names, health information, government identifiers, passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive personal information in an inquiry. If you provide another person’s business-contact information, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.
Why we use information and our legal grounds
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, recommend configurations, prepare quotations, verify model-specific documents, communicate about orders or after-sales matters, prevent abuse and maintain necessary B2B records. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and securing the website, or compliance with legal obligations. We do not use inquiry information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Service providers and external services
Authorized AOLIKE personnel and service providers may receive information only as needed for website hosting, email delivery, security, inquiry handling, quotations, shipping preparation, documentation or after-sales support. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the inquiry form from automated abuse and processes technical information under Cloudflare’s applicable privacy terms. If you choose WhatsApp or another external link, that provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International processing and retention
AOLIKE is located in China and serves international business customers. Information may therefore be processed in China and in locations where our communication, hosting, security or logistics providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use measures appropriate to the service and the information involved.
We keep inquiry information only while it is reasonably needed to answer the request, manage an active or prospective business relationship, provide support, maintain required transaction or compliance records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes or establish and defend legal claims. Retention therefore depends on the inquiry, relationship and legal requirements; information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where reasonably practicable.
Your privacy rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction of information about you; object to certain processing; request portability where applicable; or withdraw consent without affecting processing already carried out. You may also complain to the data-protection authority available in your country or region. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request, and legal exceptions may apply.
Security, children and policy changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to a B2B inquiry website, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly seek personal information from them. We may update this policy when website functions, providers, business practices or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
The English and Spanish versions are intended to have the same meaning. If an inconsistency arises, the English version is the reference version to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
