Information we collect

When you submit a B2B inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, company or organization, country or region, buyer type, product or model interest, estimated quantity and message. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send through that service.

Fields marked as required are needed so that we can review and respond to the inquiry. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to process or answer the request.

Our server and security tools may process limited technical data such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL and security-verification results. WPML may store a short-lived language-preference cookie. We do not use this website to collect payment-card details, patient records or medical history.

Please do not submit patient or sensitive information

This website is for institutional and commercial inquiries. Do not include patient names, health information, government identifiers, passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive personal information in an inquiry. Authorized AOLIKE personnel and service providers may receive information only as needed for website hosting, email delivery, security, inquiry handling, quotations, shipping preparation, documentation or after-sales support. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the inquiry form from automated abuse and processes technical information under Cloudflare’s applicable privacy terms. If you choose WhatsApp or another external link, that provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International processing and retention

AOLIKE is located in China and serves international business customers. Information may therefore be processed in China and in locations where our communication, hosting, security or logistics providers operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use measures appropriate to the service and the information involved.
